Sam has spent the last 13 years primarily working in Technical Support operations and management information systems (MIS). The last 10 years, specifically, in the intellectual property asset management space overseeing data analytics, automations, and internal process improvements for a start-up experiencing 7x headcount growth. From managing budgets, hands-on coding, to getting out the door for a client meeting; Sam has navigated all sides of the business with a proactiveness for solving problems.
